  • After finishing an advanced training to become a metal industry foreman, I changed to the printing tool department and took over the management of our trainees

  • From an in-service training, I graduated as Master Professional of Technical Management CCI (Chamber of Commerce and Industry). In the following, I headed the engraving department of Bargteheide, Ida-Oberstein and Katzenloch with 23 employees as well as the production management and customer care in Germany and other countries

  • Substitute general manager of INDIMANT in Bargteheide with 123 employees
  • 2002
  • Fusion of Saint-Gobain Winter/Norderstedt and Saint-Gobain Indimant/Bargteheide
  • 2010
  • Management buyout of INDIMANT, including the brand name, the entire product line and services from Saint-Gobain Diamantwerkzeuge
